- 3 tbsp fresh basil chopped
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Assembly + Topping
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese remaining from total
- Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions
Prepare the beef.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir in butter until melted and set aside.

Prep the baking dish.
- Lightly brush your baking dish or skillet with olive oil. Add marinara sauce and spread evenly. Sprinkle about 1/4 cup mozzarella on top and set aside.

Make the ricotta filling.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, parmesan, 1/4 cup mozzarella, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Prepare the flatbreads.
- Working with one Cut Da Carb flatbread at a time, place it on parchment paper. Cover evenly with about 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Microwave for 1 minute until softened.

Slice into strips.
- Cut each flatbread into 4 even strips.

Add filling.
- Spread a thin layer of ricotta mixture onto each strip. Add a layer of seasoned beef on top, leaving about 1–2 inches at the far edge open.

Roll.
- Carefully roll each strip toward the open edge so it seals properly.

Repeat.
- Repeat the process with the second flatbread to make a total of 8 rolls for each flatbread.

Assemble.
- Place all rolls into the prepared dish over the marinara base.

Top with cheese.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella evenly over the rolls.

Bake.
- Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Finish.
- Remove from oven and top with grated parmesan and fresh basil.

Serve and enjoy.
- Let cool slightly, then serve warm and enjoy!
